My favourite thing to do when the nights draw in is to run a hot bath and crack out one of the many offerings that Lush have this time of year. Generally they bring the same kind of stuff out and add a few new bits to the mix. I made an online order about a month ago of some bits I know I love and some I haven’t tried.

Golden Wonder (£4.25) is a classic at Christmas. Without spoiling it, its basically a sparkly present that fizzes until a surprise is released. It sits in the middle and when you shake the bath bomb, you can hear it rattle. If you pick up one, I would recommend this.

Father Christmas (£3.75) is another favourite. I’m not entirely sure if it’s the exact same scent as snow fairy – the famous lush smell. Either way, it’s pretty close. A nice sweet smell, but also a little bit spicy at the same time. One of the smells that brings back cosy nights in, every time.

Luxury Lush Pud (£4.25)  is a great one for the kiddos. It contains coloured circles around the outside that pop out and fizz in all different directions. The smell of lavender is just the right amount, so it doesn’t overpower your bathroom.

Shoot for the stars (£4.25) is one I have yet to try, so I can’t give you the full low down on it. But I have a feeling it will stain your bath like a bitch. This one is supposed to be very moisturising with a few oils including coconut oil and also cocoa butter.

Under the mistletoe  (£4.25) is a new one this year and I think it’s up there with the prettiest of the bath bombs. Even though it’s not red and green, the pink does work. If you like the thought of sitting in a pink and purple unicorn bath. This one is for you.

Star dust (£2.95) is more of a budget friendly option and contains only one or two colours, so won’t leave much residue in the bath when your done. Being on the lower end of the price spectrum doesn’t mean it doesn’t pack a punch. It leaves your bath a beautiful icy blue shade with little pops of colour floating on the top. I personally love the smell of vanilla in this one – not too sweet and just the right amount of everything else.

Last but certainly not least is The Magic of Christmas bubble bar (£5.95). This is sure to sell out in store as in my opinion is the most christmassy looking bubble bars I have ever seen. I mean it’s warm, glittery and even the stick is cinnamon. What more could you want?! Christmas in a bath is exactly how I would describe this and would recommend it to everyone. It’s just beautiful.

I hope you enjoyed reading and maybe it gave you an idea of what you’d like to get from Lush this Christmas. Please follow me on Bloglovin if you liked this post. Blushmedo-web-version-MAIN-logo
